Blackboxes - Dekimo Goes

Over the years DCI Electronics has gained a wide experience with blackboxes.
When we speak about a blackbox we mean an intelligent datalogger used on board of working vessels.

A blackbox registers position, date, time and ships activity. The activity is based on information from the internal GPS and external signals. The data storage interval is depended on the detected activity.
Via GSM/GPRS the data from the blackboxes is retrieved by a PC on the shore, the so called base station. Via the base station the blackboxes can remotely be checked and configured.
From the base station the data can be presented and reported in several formats.

Blackboxes are used for surveillance of fishery and dredging activities
